This blog is for anyone who is interested in learning about, discussing or trying out a vegan / vegetarian diet, or simply a diet that includes less meat. Let’s be honest…it is hard to eat right all the time. For those of us with busy schedules, it is difficult to find the time to cook a real meal, let alone a meal with strict dietary guidelines. This blog is for those of us who are trying to do better, but aren’t always perfect. For those who want to do better, but may not have the exact viewpoints as others who follow an alternative diet.
